Wedding Photography Contract
-ALL PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY DEBBIE'S PHOTOGRAPHY ARE COPYRIGHT PROTECTED. The Copyright act protects photographers by giving the author of the photgraph the EXCLUSIVE right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies. It is illegal to copy or reproduce(including scanning) these photographs elsewhere without my permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject ot its civil and criminal penalties. It can be used for exhibit purposes only(In your home or office). I will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please feel free to discuss your needs with me so that I may have the opportunity to serve you better.
- All photographs taken may be used but not limited to: Advertising, Business Cards, Internet, Magazines, Art Shows and Brochures.
- If a wedding is scheduled for outside, the photographer WILL NOT be able to photograph in inclement weather. This includes rain and strong wind.
- Debbie's Photography takes all precautions to make sure your negitives and photographs created stay safe, however Debbie's Photograghy limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to create or deliver photographs or orders for any reason to the return of all deposits paid.
- The deposit is to made with the signed contract. The remaining fee is due one week before the day of the wedding. Tax is not included, please add 7.75% NC sales tax to your package. If additional hours are required, that fee is to be made when proofs are given. If proofs need to be mailed, payment must be made before proofs will be sent.
- Proofs take about three weeks to receive. Orders are due back within two months. if orders are not recieved in two months, you forfeit your package reprint orders. All orders take about five weeks to get back. If your order needs to be shipped, that is a $20.00 shipping fee.
- Black and White photography is also available at an additonal charge.
