Beach Contract
Your order is due on or before:____________________________.
-Proofs take about three weeks to receive. The proofs are optional to purchase for $4.00 each. All proofs are due back with your order. Any proof purchased will be returnd with your order. All negitives will be held for two months, after two months they will be archived. There is a $25.00 surcharge to retrieve negitives from archives. If orders are not received by due date and a price increased has occurred you will be charged by the new prices. All orders take about four weeks to get back.
- Debbie's Photography takes all precautions to make sure your negitives and photographs created stay safe, however Debbie's Photograghy limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to create or deliver photographs or orders for any reason to the return of all deposits paid.
- ALL PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY DEBBIE'S PHOTOGRAPHY ARE COPYRIGHT PROTECTED. The copyright act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the EXCLUSIVE right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies. It is illegal to copy or reproduce(including scanning) these photographs elsewhere without my permission, and violators of this Federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. It can be used for exhibit purposes only(in your home or office).
- All photographs taken may be used but not limited to : Advertising, Business Cards, Internet, Magazines, Art Shows and Brochures.
